Processing times may vary depending on design complexity, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are shipped across India.
  • Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary based on location, courier service, and external factors.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Any promotional offers such as free shipping will be clearly communicated on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via the contact information provided at the time of purchase.

5. Delays

While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Operational or regional constraints

Akshay Parab Art is not liable for delays once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Akshay Parab Art shall not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery and Re-shipment

If delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or refusal to accept the order:

  • The customer may be required to bear additional shipping charges for re-delivery.

8. Damaged Shipments

Customers are required to inspect the package upon delivery.

If the product is received in a damaged condition:

  • The customer must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photo or video evidence of the unboxing must be provided

Claims made without proper proof or beyond the specified timeframe may not be accepted.

9. Nature of Handmade Products

All products are handmade. Minor variations in color, design, or finish are inherent and do not constitute defects.
