Refund policy
At Akshay Parab Art, all products are handmade with care. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Window
We offer a 3-day return policy, which means you must request a return within 3 days of receiving the item.
2. Eligibility for Returns
A return will be accepted only if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The item is unused and in the same condition as received
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- Valid proof of purchase is provided
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Customized or personalized products (including name-based or made-to-order designs)
- Items with minor variations in color, design, or finish due to the handmade nature
- Items returned due to change of mind
- Sale items and gift cards
4. Return Approval Process
To initiate a return, the customer must contact:

The request must include:
- Order details
- Clear photo or video evidence of the issue
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the return shipping cost will be borne by Akshay Parab Art.
- In all other cases (if approved at our discretion), the customer will bear the return shipping cost.
6. Refund Policy
- If the return is approved due to a fault on our part (damage, defect, or incorrect item), a 100% refund or replacement will be provided.
- In exceptional cases where a return is accepted for other reasons (at our sole discretion), only a partial refund of up to 70% of the product value may be issued. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
7. Refund Process
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
8. Late or Missing Refunds

9. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect the order upon delivery and report any damage or incorrect item within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
